You can find the menu on the left sidebar.

Adding/Editing Labels and tags ​

You can add or edit tags from this view. You can also create a new tag when you are adding your blockchain account or manual balance. The label is unique, so you can't create multiple tags with the same label.

Reserved tags ​

Some tags are created by rotki itself rather than by you. Contract is added automatically when you add an account that turns out to be a contract. Reserved tags have no edit or delete action in the table, so you cannot rename or remove them.
